Streamline® Returns Policy

Need to return an unwanted item?

Email [email protected] or call 01626 830830 (Press Option 3) to obtain a returns number before returning any items.

Please note returns CANNOT be processed without a returns number.

Any unwanted goods returned within 14 working days of receiving the goods, and will receive a 100% refund if, upon inspection, provided they are unused and in a resaleable condition.

If you have purchased a Streamline® product through one of our distributors, you will need to arrange a return directly through the distributor.

A 20% restocking charge will be applied at our discretion for unwanted goods returned in their original protective packaging after 14 working days. All carriage related to unwanted goods will be charged to the customer.

Please note customised items, special order items and oversized items such as van systems, tanks may be non-returnable. We recommend speaking to a member of our customer services team if you have a query regarding our returns policy on a particular item.

Damaged or Missing Items

Customers are responsible for checking consignments for damage or missing parts. If your items have arrived damaged, please ensure you sign for the goods as damaged and notify us within 3 days of the goods being delivered. Any omissions or errors on an order must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

We cannot accept liability for goods delivered to third party addresses or goods left in unsecured locations. All goods should be signed for accordingly and Streamline® will deliver to nominated secure addresses according to the customer’s instructions.

Faulty Items / Warranty Claim.

If you would like to report a warranty claim, you will need to complete the following form – Streamline® Warranty Form

Please ensure the item is within our 1-year warranty period. The warranty on Machines and Equipment is for 1 year from RECORDED DATE OF PURCHASE.

We will review returns without receipts; however this will add 24 hours to the process.

If you have purchased a Streamline® product through one of our distributors, you will need to arrange a return directly through the distributor.

This warranty excludes normal maintenance items, including but not limited to resin, hoses, filters, o-rings, diaphragms, valves, gaskets, carbon brushes and damage to motors and other components as a result of failure to replace normal maintenance items. This list is not exhaustive.

If Streamline® receives notice of such defects during the warranty period, Streamline® will either, at its opinion, repair or replace components which prove to be defective.

Replacement parts will only be supplied under warranty, upon the inspection and approval of the defective parts by Streamline®.

Should it be necessary to supply replacement parts before the opportunity to inspect, these will be charged at current prices and credit will only be issued upon subsequent inspection and warranty approval by Streamline®.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return of the defective part. If warranty is approved, Streamline® will pay for the cost of the repaired or replacement part.

Replacement parts supplied under warranty will be guaranteed for the remainder of the original parts warranty and not from the installation date.

This warranty excludes the following conditions and circumstances which are at the discretion of Streamline®:

Wear and tear, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, frost damage, the use of chemicals other than those supplied or approved by Streamline®, improper installation or repair, unauthorised modification, incidental or consequential costs, loss or damage, service, labour or third-party charges, the cost of returning defective parts to Streamline®.

This warranty constitutes the exclusive remedy of any purchaser of a Streamline® unit and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for use, to the fullest extent permitted by law. In no event shall any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for use exceed the term of the applicable warranty stated above and Streamline® shall have no other obligation or liability.

These rights cannot be transferred to a third party.
